30-Day Return Policy
At Luxe Slats, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and uninstalled.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Installed wall panels
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photo of the shipping label
After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We gladly replace defective or incorrectly shipped products.
